Children are a vital segment of the Crosswalk community. The Children's Ministry is committed to providing a safe, kid friendly environment. In this type of environment, kids will learn about Christ and grow to model His character. They will learn to express themselves and develop their God given potential through outdoor and indoor Christian activities. Our programs and events are focused on the kids building closer and stronger relationships with each other, with their families and with God.

Bible Bowl for Kids

Children participate annually in a local Bible Bowl studying 1 book of the Bible and then answering questions about it. The purpose is to motivate and encourage children in studying the Word of God. Older children participate also in a national Bible Bowl through their Pathfinder Club.

This year the Bible Bowl is on the book of EXODUS. This is an annual event where kids and adults study a book of the Bible and then are divided in teams to test their Bible knowledge against each other. The Bible Bowl is scheduled for January 30th. Please use the link on our website to sign up, so you can be placed on a team. The teams are assigned by the Bible Bowl coordinator. Start studying now with your families as the time will come very quickly.

Church for Kids

Theme: Radical Rescue
"Radical Rescue" for children 4-12 is a new series about the Sanctuary and God's awesome plan to save us from sin. Please make sure your children attend!

WHEN?
Every second Saturday of the month
10:00am - 11:30am

Purpose: While parents listen to their sermon, kids get their own! Through the use of visuals (puppets, skits, games, crafts) and a short sermonette, the kids are taught lessons that will stay with them forever!

A Scouts-like club with Christian emphasis

Ages: 3 - 9 years

Purpose: to support parents and caregivers in leading and encouraging their children in a growing and joyful love relationship with Jesus Christ. Lots of fun, educational activities.

Meets 1st Saturday and 3rd Sunday of every month.

Youth Ignite

Young people ages 10-15 meet every 4th Saturday of the month to do fun activities in the evening. After a short worship, some of the activities have been: bowling, scavenger hunt, game night, movie night, etc.
